Job Description

  • Coordinate with internal teams (buying, marketing, production) to ensure a strong execution of the planning of new daily sales

  • Initiate campaigns that maximize customers' loyalty and interest while driving sales

  • Provide insights and recommendations to the buying teams regarding pricing and assortment strategies based on data analysis

  • Build and execute processes that optimize the revenue generated by the merchandise online

  • Monitor ageing inventory level and proceed to regular repricing and clearance sales to grow both top line & bottom line


  • Bachelor's degree from a leading university, major in Economic, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields

  • 2 -3 years experience in merchandising or data analytics. E-commerce preferred

  • Strong analytical & organization skills

  • Good understanding of brand positioning & and e-commerce in general

  • Eager to analyse consumer behaviors and understand how to meet their expectations

  • Expert in being a problem solver and in getting things done

  • Good creative eye

  • Strong listening skills and judgement to make wise decisions in the interest of Leflair
