About the Role

Attract and recruit qualified candidates at any levels to meet the business’s goals promptly. She/He also take care of on-boarding and orientation to newcomers to help them adapt new working environment quickly and act as a helper/supporter to newcomers to any matters relating HR areas, their jobs, working environment, company culture, etc. during their probation or internship period. In addition, she/he take an ownership role in proposing and organizing employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement the recruitment process and life-cycle, including screening resumes, initial assessments, interviews, and offers
  • Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
  • Manage and co-ordinate with leader of each department to update job descriptions for each positions from time to time
  • Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies, staffing firms and the universities to make recruitment effort
  • Be strategic and active to create interesting recruitment advertising to attract the candidates and choose the suitable approach to the candidates
  • Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals with hiring and employment 


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, English or related field is desired

  • At least 4 years experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or external HR consultant (preferably focus on Sales & Marketing recruitment)

  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting, with strong sourcing skill and using various interview techniques /evaluation methods

  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organization

  • Strong written and verbal communication in English
